The estimated time for shipping within Australia is 7 working days and 14 days for overseas.

If you are not happy with the opal you have received and believe it does not represent what you saw when you purchased the item, we will refund you within 30 days of purchasing. Just send the item back to us and we will process your refund less shipping charges, transaction fees and any re-import duties.

The item must be in its original condition.

To further enhance your peace of mind, we offer a refund policy in the event that your item arrives damaged during shipping. Please note that the item must be returned prior to the issuance of a refund.
