Our Policy If you are not happy with the opal you have received or believe it does not represent what you saw when you purchased the item, we will refund you within 30 days of purchasing. Just send the item back to us and we will process your refund less shipping charges and any re-import duties. The item must be in its original condition. To add to your peace of mind, we will also refund if the item has been broken in the mail. The item must still be returned prior to a refund being issued. The 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy means you can shop in full confidence knowing that for whatever reason you can return your opal if it isn’t to your satisfaction.
